WebLogic Gets a Charge Out of Us

WebLogic, Inc. is the leading provider of software tools that enable developers to quickly create Java-based database applications for enterprise computing environments. As a rapidly growing tech company, WebLogic needs a marketing firm that can deliver a lot in a hurry. Sounds like another job for Successful.com.

A key segment of WebLogic's market are software developers who can OEM WebLogic technology into applications to resell. WebLogic asked us to create an OEM partner program to expand WebLogic's developer base, forge enduring, quality relationships and promote WebLogic brand awareness to both developers and end users.

wlogic.jpg - 2999 Bytes In less than two months, we created an OEM program, developed supporting collateral materials and Web site content, created the "WebLogic Charged" branding logo and launched a direct mail campaign to promote the program. In addition, we developed supporting WebLogic press materials, signs and novelties for the Java One trade show.

When the dust settled, WebLogic was pleased to find itself with a first class OEM program that is generating lots of registrations from companies eager to be part of the WebLogic team. As Java applications start proliferating, expect to see the "WebLogic Charged" in prominent display.

Note: WebLogic has since been bought and their technology folded into another company's product line.
