Pre-training research

As a result of our preliminary audit work and program development, your staff will get ideas, insights and advice you won't find in generic training and professional development courses.

The key to our success is that we will have learned a lot about your business in the first two steps of this program before training even begins. To contribute to our knowledge base, we walk you through a checklist of questions, research your industry and market, study your competitor's Web sites, and talk to some of your customers, resellers and other business partners.
